Refund Policy

Overbid Funds operates exclusively on a contingency basis. We do not charge any fees before recovering funds on your behalf. Because there are no upfront costs, there is nothing to refund prior to our work being completed. You will never be billed before results are delivered.

Our compensation is a percentage of the funds successfully recovered for you. This percentage will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in a written agreement before any work begins. If we are unable to recover funds for any reason, you owe us nothing — all costs incurred during the process are absorbed by Overbid Funds.
